Jay Aiken was appointed as Vice President of Sales for the Americas and Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) within StandardAero's Airlines & Fleets team in March 2024. In this role Jay leads a team of sales professionals supporting customer MRO requirements associated with the CFM International CFM56-7B, CFM International LEAP-1A/1B, GE Aerospace CF34-3/-8 and Rolls-Royce RB211-535 turbofan engines across EMEA and certain large turbofan accounts in the Americas. Jay is based in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX.
An established sales and business development leader, Jay has nearly 35 years of international aerospace experience in engine and aircraft MRO sales, leasing and maintenance, including prior positions of responsibility with Delta Air Lines (in Delta's aircraft maintenance, purchasing and sales teams), MTU Maintenance (as Sales Director), Aero Capital Solutions (as VP Sales) and SR Technics (as VP Sales). Jay has four years of experience with StandardAero's Airlines & Fleets team, in increasing levels of sales leadership.
Jay has a proven track record of successfully delivering results in sales, business development, partnerships and marketing, his success being in part based on excellent technical insights gained through his prior maintenance experience.
