Aeronautical engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid; PhD in psychology and MBA from the Instituto de Empresa.

Enrique is, since March 2023, Iberia's Maintenance Director.

He has extensive experience in the aeronautical sector and in aircraft maintenance. He started his professional career at Airbus and continued at British Aerospace. He joined Iberia in 1999 as Head of Materials Planning in Maintenance and then progressed to Deputy Manager of the Engine Workshop.

In 2013 he was appointed Director of Madrid-Barajas Airport, where he has led the airline's hub operation.
