Will Pitcher serves as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Customers for StandardAero's Airlines & Fleets team. As a member of the Sector Strategy Team for StandardAero’s largest division, accounting for over half of the company's revenues, Will is responsible for leading the Airlines & Fleets team's sales activities covering twelve engine and APU families, including the CFM LEAP-1A/1B. Will leads a team of 35 sales and marketing professionals, driving the sale of MRO services from 18 of StandardAero's facilities across nine countries worldwide.

Will joined StandardAero in 2023, bringing with him 18 years of industry experience. Will worked for Boeing Global Services for five years, most recently as Director of Strategy. Prior to this, Will spent eleven years with Rolls-Royce in various positions of responsibility, including as Vice President of Customers for Rolls-Royce North America. Will also served as Commercial Manager – Suppliers and Services with International Aero Engines (IAE).

Will holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Management from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. He is based in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX, in the United States.
