Profile

Claude Houver is the VP Innovation and Digital Solutions at Airbus Customer Services since March 2023. He is responsible for the development, delivery and support of digital solutions.

He has 30 years of Customer experience in both Product Engineering & Customer Services in aviation & automotive, and is passionate about Innovation in all its forms.

Prior to his current role, he served as Head of Support Engineering in Airbus Helicopters Customer Services, leading Technical Assistance & Support, TechData, Maintenance Program Engineering, and acted as Accountable Manager for the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation. He considers Digital as a key enabler to boost operational efficiency.

He also served as Head of Engineering for Airframe & Vehicle Systems, always fostering Lean & Innovative Solutions to build Customer loyalty.

Claude started his career as Thermal System engineer on major automotive development programs.
Regarding his educational background, Claude graduated from ISFATES and has participated in Leadership classes @ INSEAD/ESSEC.
