Daniela SERAFINI was appointed HO Flight Hour Services May 1st 2021, within Airbus Customer Services organization. In this role Daniela leads the departments providing worldwide solutions to Airbus customers in the area of material availability and aircraft
maintenance.

Prior to that Daniela was in charge of the Supply Support Operations department, based in Hamburg, engaged in the operations of the aftermarket for Airbus customers in the area of upgrades, repairs and standard modification.

Previously, over the course of a twelve-year period, she held different positions at Airbus Airbus Commercial, in the area of Programmes, Procurement and Customer Services. Before working for Airbus, Daniela SERAFINI worked in the area of consulting and held
commercial positions in the biomedical and pharmaceutical field.

Daniela SERAFINI, who holds an Italian nationality, has a double Degree in Engineering from Politecino of Milano in Italy, and Ecole Centrale Paris in France.
