Valentin Ivanov is the VP of Technical Operations at Heston Airlines, where he oversees airline fleet technical operations and leads a team of over 25 aviation professionals in the technical division. A graduate of the Estonian Aviation Academy, Hogeschool van Amsterdam, and Taltech University, Valentin began his career in 2011 at Magnetic MRO. During his career path, he has held roles as an aircraft mechanic and airworthiness engineer and has managed over 40 delivery/redelivery and asset sale-purchase projects in a project manager role.

In 2019, he transitioned to a leadership role at Magnetic Leasing, handling complex technical projects involving distressed aircraft asset deals and airworthiness transition management.

In 2022, Valentin joined Heston Airlines to lead and expand the airline's CAMO, MCC, and Procurement sub-divisions, contributing to the growth and operational expansion of the airline's fleet and the acquisition of greentime assets for the Heston group.
