Profile

Kim Ashmun serves as President of the Components & Accessories (C&A) division. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of the commercial, operational, financial and technical
performance of C&A business units and facilities located in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia.
In addition, Ashmun serves as a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.
Prior to joining StandardAero in 2022, Ashmun served as Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations for Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) Sikorsky line of business. In
that role, she led a large team, managing a multi-billion dollar portfolio of ~1,800 suppliers.
Ashmun has more than twenty years of leadership experience in the aerospace industry, working at Lockheed Martin in a variety of technical, program and executive leadership positions. She began her career as a manufacturing engineer for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics with roles in engineering and operations supporting the F-35 program.
Ashmun holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering and MBA from Southern
Methodist University. In addition, she completed Lockheed Martin’s Engineering Leadership Development Program and multiple executive courses from Columbia Business School and UC Berkeley Executive Education.
