Adam Hale is the Head of Heavy Maintenance for the Ryanair Group and is based at London Stansted. He has responsibility for the execution of all scheduled heavy base maintenance inputs for the Ryanair Group’s growing fleet of; 737NG, 737-8200 and A320 aircraft, which is now in excess of 500 tails. Prior to this role, Adam spent 4 years in Boeing Global Services as Senior Manager of Maintenance Operations under the Boeing Global Fleet Care Programme. Adam began his career as a British Airways Apprentice and has spent time in both Maintenance and Continued Airworthiness roles at; British Airways, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Ryanair and Boeing. He earned his First Class Honours degree from Kingston University in Aircraft Engineering and holds EASA/UK-CAA Part 66 B1, B2 and C Licenses.
