Brendan McConnellogue is the Director of Engineering and Maintenance at easyJet where he has overall responsibility for all Airworthiness related activities on the easyJet fleet. In his current role he holds nominated persons roles in both the UK and European AOC, and both the Accountable manager and Chief Executive roles of easyJet’s Part 145 and Part 21 organisations respectively.
During his 19 year career at easyJet Brendan has held various roles ranging from Licensed aircraft engineer, through station and network management up to his current role of Director of Engineering and Maintenance since May 2018. Career highlights during his time at easyJet have included introducing the Airbus A320 to the easyJet fleet in 2003, insourcing of both Part 145 and Part M activities and the creation of easyJets European AOC. With a proven track record for delivering results and exceeding performance targets through leading and managing significant innovation and change, Brendan and his team enjoy the challenge of an ever changing industry, and adapts to these needs as they arise.
