Vertical Aerospace has a comprehensive capability offering and supports many sectors of the maintenance, repair and overhaul industry (MRO), including commercial aircraft, air cargo, military and rotorcraft. Our expertise in bonded aero structures provides our customers with high quality, rapid delivery and low-cost maintenance solutions. Vertical’s flexibility and in-house capabilities provide the foundation to support your requirements. Vertical Aerospace’s primary product offering includes structural components such as nacelle systems (inlets, cowls and fan reversers), exhaust components, flight control surfaces, wing, panels, ducting and out of production spares manufacturing. Furthermore, we have dedicated rotable assets to support customer requirements in AOG, outright acquisition, exchanges, etc. Vertical Aerospace has a dedicated engineering group that develops repairs that are beyond manual limits for products or areas where there is a high degree of failure. This service applies to products in our core competencies, and also to components that are problem areas for the operators. Utilizing this discipline increases performance and reliability while ensuring we provide our customers substantial cost savings over OEM.
