Nick is responsible for the strategy and roadmap of digital services that focus on improving the effectiveness, efficiency and value of the Rolls-Royce aftermarket business. This covers a number of core technologies including data acquisition, predictive maintenance, forecasting and simulation, maintenance planning and execution, customer experience and data strategy.
Rolls-Royce is maturing through a digital transformation journey begun in 2016, touching all areas of the business and demonstrating significant opportunity and returns as it continues to pioneer in servitisation solutions.
Nick joined Rolls-Royce in 1988. Since then he has worked across many industry verticals including aerospace, rail, nuclear and oil & gas delivering consultancy and solutions. Gradually this has meant the evolution to big data, cloud, IoT and novel analytics but always with a focus on the value achieved.
