Jim O’Sullivan began his career with Aer Lingus, at its Engine Overhaul Division. In 1991 he left Aer Lingus to join SIFCO. As Technical Support Engineer he was responsible for the sales and marketing of new products and services to customer airlines and MRO facilities worldwide. In 1996 O’Sullivan joined AAR as a Technical Sales Manager responsible for its Engine Component Services repair divisions. In 2000 he was appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing for Europe, Middle East &
Africa. In 2003 he also assumed additional responsibilities supporting the sales efforts of its Aircraft Component Services and PMA products divisions. In 2007 O’Sullivan moved to HEICO Aerospace as Director of Sales and Strategic programs for EMEA. In March 2009, O’Sullivan was promoted to VP of Sales for the region and in August 2009 he also assumed the role of VP Business Development for EMEA.
